The ladies of Falcon Floor Covering judged the first part of the City of Lebanon Employees "Top Chef" Competition.

 

 

 

1st place- Laina Starnes, Coconut Cream Pie

 

 

2nd place- Charlie Miller, Chocolate Pudding Supreme

 

 

3rd place- Laina Starnes, Almond Joy Cake
